Former Alaskan governor, Sarah Palin, was on the Oprah show today where she talked about just about everything.  Oprah asked her about her daughter, Bristol, and the fact that the girl became a teen mom despite the fact that Palin advocates abstinence.  She said that the campaign managers during John McCain’s presidential bid (with Palin as his running mate), wanted her to put a positive spin on the pregnancy and said that the image of the “happy grandparents” was all orchestrated.   Interesting… Here’s a quick video overview of the appearance:

Sarah Palin has agreed to sit down for an interview on Oprah in an episode that should air on November 16, 2009.  I know that this is going to be HUGE for ratings!  Hopefully, Oprah will ask all of the questions everyone wants to know: Why did she resign as the Alaskan governor?  Does she still get along with John McCain?  What’s the deal with Levi Johnston, the father of her daughter’s baby?  Can she really see Russia from her old house?
