Kelly Ripa may not have filed suit but she’s definitely threatening a diet company for using her image without permission.
E! News is reporting the following: “Kelly’s attorney did not file a lawsuit. A lawsuit was only threatened.  A cease and desist letter was sent on behalf of Kelly.”
Further, her attorney states that Kelly has “never used or received the product” and she had she heard of the products until someone told her about the ads.

Talk show host, Kelly Ripa, and her hunky husband, Mark Consuelos, were spotted at the premiere of Cadillac Records, a new movie profiling some of the biggest names in musical history (Beyonce Knowles will be portraying the legendary Etta James).  I hope Kelly and Mark had a great time!

Daytime talk show host, Kelly Ripa, was spotted out on a rainy day for what looked like a dinner date with some friends.  It was kind of cold and damp for her to be out without a jacket (or at least a hat!).  Her friend looks like she’s freezing back there!
They were at the New York city hotspot, La Esquina, and I have to admit that, from first glance, I really don’t see the allure.  I guess it’s one of those things you have to experience first-hand to appreciate.  I’m sure it’s great!
