Cookie Monster’s Balanced Diet – What’s Next? Elmo on Ritalin?

Have you seen the changes that Cookie Monster has gone through recently?  Apparently, it’s no longer a good idea to have him eating, well, cookies so he’s been noshing on healthy snacks like carrots and apples.  Whoopi Goldberg argued that it was stupid to have the Sesame Street character change his diet and doesn’t feel like he should be blamed for childhood obesity and I completely agree. 
Sherri Shepherd felt that changing Cookie Monster’s trademark eating habits was the right thing to do and she disagreed wholeheartedly with Whoopi.  What’s next?  Are they going to suggest that The Count get …read more
