The Dr Phil show is looking for married couples in ARIZONA ONLY who want to adopt.  The site lists a whole bunch of requirements – they want successful, loving parents who are into sports/being active, live in a house and are fine with an open adoption (the blurb also asked if one parent was willing to stay home and care for the baby).
