Regis and Kelly Talk “Millionaire” and “Bachelorette”

This morning, Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa talked about the torrential rains in New York City (I saw so many of my friends freaking out about it online).  Regis also talked about what it’s been like to return to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and he explained that they’ve now put a time limit on contestants who are answering questions and he told the story of a woman who took 52 minutes debating over the correct response only to choose the wrong one. 

They also talked about how The Bachelorette (Jillian Harris) picked Ed and Kelly said she wasn’t sure which contestant he had been.  She asked if he was the one who was creepily tugging on Jillian’s ear in Hawaii.  When an audience member said yes, Kelly was like “oh great, well he’s hear tomorrow.”  Ha ha!

Other topics that they discussed included a swimsuit mishap at the swimming competition yesterday, the fact Kelly’s son, Michael, is home from summer camp, professional wrestling and Regis’ date night with his wife, Joy.
