Today Show Picks The Best Mosquito Repellants

It’s summertime and, while it’s great to spend more time outdoors, a major drawback is dealing with all those awful mosquitoes!  Kathie Lee and Hoda took a look at what’s currently on the market and they talked about the best products for keeping these pests away!

Today show correspondent, Janice Lieberman, personally tested out the efficacy of DEET (good), Picaradin (good), Lemon Eucalyptus (good), a Vitamin B patch (not good), Avon Skin So Soft (good), repellant treated clothing (good) and a gadget that was designed to keep mosquitoes at bay (unclear).  Familiar outdoor items like Tiki torches and citronella candles were pretty effective.  The best thing?  A good old-fashioned fan!  Who knew?
