Gayle King Spotted at… Hermes? Wow!

Oprah Winfrey’s best friend, Gayle King, was spotted leaving a cocktail party at Hermes on Madison Avenue and, I have to say, it surprised me.  If you remember, the pair had a real problem (and alleged racism) after they were denied entrance into a store located in France.  They devoted a whole segment of her show to the situation (I’m not sure I ever agreed that the shop owners acted in a racist way) and I was sure neither of them would ever step foot in one of their shops again.  Guess I was wrong…
