Giada Talks About Using Herbs in the Kitchen

There are so many herbs to pick from but so many people stick to just the basics.  Today show correspondent, Giada DeLaurentiis, demonstrated how using herbs in your kitchen can add flavor and texture to your food without adding fat.  She also pointed out that fresh herbs really add another dimension to a dish while Al Roker sampled the fare.  She made a nice rub for a beef roast that looked really tasty!
