Steak Tips From Strip House Restaurant

I don’t eat much red meat anymore but I find it very difficult to turn down a beautifully grilled steak. Add a baked potato and a great sauce and it’s hard to beat! On the Today show, the chef from the Strip House restaurant gave some tips for making the perfect steak. One of the things that he mentioned that I never do is leaving it out of the fridge for 10 minutes before cooking in order to get it to room temperature before cooking. I’m going to try that next time! Anyway, here’s a segment from the show (my mouth is watering already!)
