Today Show Recipe: French-Asian Pork Porchetta

Daniel Boulud, has just opened a restaurant called Maison Boulud in Beijing and, in honor of that, he has created a fantastic and tasty-looking French-Asian dish called pork porchetta.  Today show host, Meredith Vieira, is in China to cover the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics so she did a great segment with Boulud.  Watch it here:
