Why does everyone on this website sound so ANGRY!!! get over yourselves. If this make you angry… stop watching television. You so called Americans are scaring the heck out of me. Remember that anger and turn to more anger and hatred.

How much money do any of you earn from watching the view!!! I got a nice round figure 0 ZERO. All of you are nut cases! Getting angry over people selling advertisement on the view.

I am beginning to think that Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Sherri Shepherd and Sarah Palin are the true representations of American women and their female “opinion” :narcissistically disordered histrionic uneducted, rude who use verbal abuse as a way to make their points. They are still on air, obviously curry favor with an audience, so one can only surmise that these women represent your voice female America.

No wonder you are losing your empire.

It was really interesting to read all these opinions. I used to be a big fan of the view, but I quit watching it due to the rudness of all 4 women to each other. All the shouting over each other, you couldn’t even hear what they were saying. They need Meridith back to bring some sanity to this show. The main reason I quit watching was the way the OBama’s were treated and the McCains were treated. OBama was told how handsome he was, and McCain was verbally attacked. I thought it was disgraceful, especially for Walters, who showed her true colors. I always thought she was a good journalist? By the way, I am an undecided independent, but I do believe everyone on the show should be treated with the same respect

Honestly, I have been a View watcher since the beginning. I have to say though, I haven’t watched routinely since Rosie joined the show. That was a disgrace, in your face!
In my opinion, Elizabeth has strong Christian values and I applaud her for letting it be known! On the other hand, Elizabeth I think your values are wasted on this show. When it comes to T.V. in general it is not very well accepted. Maybe, when this election is over, the conversations won’t get so heated! Elizabeth I can say that you can’t do any grand-standing on this show and expect to survive it! Just ask Rosie!
Elizabeth I think you probably are better suited for having your own Talk Show! Really, Barbara something has to change! MY VIEW, Thanks

Built on christain values haaa? Past presidents, legislators, senators, mayors, police officers, governors and the good christian people of America with such high moral values condoning the enslavement of Black and depriving them of their right to vote, education, decent life, housing and the like. Then we have the real American- the American Indians, have we forgotten what happened to them? Maybe we need better history books. You are the kind christains that give good christains a bad name. Next, I can assure you that if Senator Obama was white, he would be leading by 50% just based on his education alone. Bush was a “C” student, McCain “D-” student. What does this country have against smart people? Why would you want another dummy to run our country? We are in this mess because of the current dummy.

For the first time in my life, I have questioned myself about racism. I wonder if I am a racist because I don’t embrace Obama. But I look at his associations and choices and I just cannot accept voting for a man that keeps reinventing his past and the people his former associations. If McCain had a past like Obama, I would be just as outraged and unaccepting of his responses.
I research everything that I hear. The most recent accusations about McCain and his X. He was a prisoner of war and she had a horrific accident but spending 5 years apart takes a tremendous toll on a marriage. Unfair. I didn’t want to vote for Kerry in ‘04 and I don’t want to vote for McCain or Obama.
With all the brilliant economists, intellecutuals, politicians, philosophers…, why do we get stuck with the candidates that have been running for president? I don’t want a minister! I don’t want a general! I don’t want either of my grandparents who have morals and true character.
I want a real choice…

This presidential election has nothing to do w/race. America is ready for a biracia man or any race just as long as they have the experience and knowledge of what it takes to be the President of the U.S. Elizabeth did nothing wrong by expressing her opinions and there are truths that Americans must know about each candidates good or bad. If we don’t know about a person’s past & their associations, how can we move forward to a better future not knowing if they will go back to those people they associated with in the past who hates America.
There are too many people who are not open minded to see it from both sides/parties. Both democrats & repubicans need to come together & help make our economy stronger. Obama doesn’t not have the experience & understanding of what it takes to become president. Taxing corporate america will only cause a trickle effect to the american people. Not saying they can’t afford higher taxes but they do have their shareholders to consider. Who do you think they will pass on the higher cost of goods & services too? It’s to consumers like us. If Obama increase the corporate tax, businesses will continue to take their companies overseas & there will be more job losses in america. Think about it logically. It’s not about having the first black president, it’s about who really cares about the people in the US & who can really lead us to a better future. Increasing government power is not the answer.

one more thing: this country was NOT founded upon christian values by ANY means, unless you’re saying that it’s okay for christians to kill native americans, take their land, and imprison them on reservations. are you saying that? this country was created through desperation (hey, just like the jews, except the americans grabbed a bigger piece of land). this country was create because people were desperate to be “free”, and in doing so, those same people crushed the freedom of others. we can’t undo that, but we can and should realize that good can come from bad, and vice versa. to claim “christian values” or “moral compass” or “GOD” is absolutely ridiculous and proves that you are a simpleton. there is NO higher being, just us. we are credited the blame and praise for what happens on this planet. not god, not santa claus, not monsters, not spirits, not the tooth fairy, not the talking horse, or any other fine creation of our imaginations. just us. religion is for people who need an explanation for things, and ironically, can’t explain away their lack of common sense and ignorance of reality. in other words, religion is for the weak minded. god did not create my laptop, some team of smart dudes did. god did not create war, but the people that believe in him surely did. i hope god saves me from his followers because man are they scary stupid.
