Christian Bale Discusses Dark Knight on Today Show

Christian Bale, the star of The Dark Knight (the latest in the Batman instalments) was on the Today show this morning where he talked about the film. Matt Lauer read some of the great reviews that are pouring in (even though Christian made it clear that he hadn’t been reading them).

I think the most interesting portion of the interview was when he talked about the death of his co-star, Heath Ledger, and how it upsets him to hear people blame Heath’s death on his portrayal of “The Joker.” He claims that Heath appeared to be having the time of his life.
