Kelly Ripa attended the first annual High Heel-A-Thon in Central Park, New York. The event was held on July 9th and the the winner of the race received $25,000 to put toward the March of Dimes charity for benefiting muscular distrophy. She was cheered on by her Live With Regis and Kelly co-star, Regis Philbin, and husband, Mark Consuelos.
Wow. That’s brave! Running in high heels sounds dangerous, but considering it’s for a good cause, I think it’s wonderful.
