The View Discusses Workplace Problems

The ladies on The View tackled a serious topic yesterday on the show - problems in the workplace.
They talked about annoying things co-workers and bosses do and whether people should confront or complain the offenders. Elisabeth Hasselbeck said that, since people are desperately trying to hold on to their jobs, they should just ignore any irritations (of course, Whoopi Goldberg disagreed).
The conversation went all over the place and included an interesting story about sexual harrassment from Joy Behar. Watch the segment:
