Jordin Sparks on Regis and Kelly – Video

American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks, was on Live with Regis and Kelly this morning.  Regis was replaced by guest host, Emeril Lagasse (he’s gained weight since his Food Network show got canceled, didn’t he?!)

Jordin talked about losing her “second mother” to melanoma two weeks ago and discussed her vocal cord hemorrhage in greater detailed.  She also said that she got to go to her prom and that she went with her brother.

She sang “One Step at a Time” and I like the song but the performance was a little rough in parts to me (it got better as she went along).  She looked fantastic, though.  Watch the interview and performance below:
