Regis and Kelly Talk New York Real Estate

As part of their “Only in New York” week, Regis and Kelly talked about navigating through New York’s real estate market.  Some of the things Regis discussed was that the Manhattan area was the only one with a 5% increase in sales this past year, the Plaza hotel has been converted into residences (he took a fun tour!) and that the average price for an apartment in the city is $1.4 million.  In light of this, Regis offered tips for getting a good deal (looking for walk-ups, places with no pools. etc…).  Watch the segment:
