To Whom It May Concern:
I have written the following letter to Governor Tim Pawlenty of the State of Minnesota Demanding that he return my children. Many children like mine are stolen by the system every year and at the expense of the tax payer. Like myself they too have done everything requested of them to be reunited as a family, yet many were threaten or convinced to sign over their precious children because CPS thinks it is in their best interest to be raised by rich people willing to pay bribes for them. All while receiving Title IV-D money from the non-custodial parents and millions in Title IV-E money from the Federal Government.
Like myself many are forced to break up with their boyfriends or divorce their husbands rather than provide the counseling and services to restore their families. Many children like mine suffer neglect and physical harm while in foster care and to cover it up they declare you as mentally ill. 70% of the world’s population suffers from anxiety and/or depression and they entire population has a personality disorder of some kind. Is this a reason to rip apart families or a reason to provide them with care and understanding. Many of these families dealt with drug and/or alcohol addiction and even though they were able to over come their obstacles their children were still taken. In my case I was suffering from pain issues due to an injury all very well known by social services yet they chose to take my children rather than provide the house keeping services I am entitled to.
Many of you think that Social Services are helping yet most children are illegally transferred to an even less fit parent. Children are divided and split up so that the county can make money off the more troubled or disabled children. My daughter was drugged and separated so that Anoka County Social Services could use her behavior as an excuse to keep my oldest child separated from her siblings locking her into facilities at the age of 10 yrs old, for which they receive even more funding at your expense.
I have 8 families whom this has been done to and 2 children now 18yrs old that want the state of MINNESOTA to pay for what they have done to our families. We are currently looking for an attorney to take our case into Federal Court and fight hard so that this does not continue to happen to others.
