Priscilla Presley Smacks Down Kelly Ripa

Toooo funny. Priscilla Presley, the widow of Elvis and recent castoff of Dancing with the Stars was on Live with Regis and Kelly this morning and when Kelly Ripa interrupted co-host, Regis Philbin, like she does everyday, Priscilla called her out. Kelly didn’t take it well, from the looks of it…

PP looks like something froma horror movie. What a monstrosity of a woman. It’s obvious she is jealous of Kelly’s beauty.
Just because Priscilla was married to Elvis and seems to have gobs of money, does not automatically give her class. You cannot buy class. When you have class it is obvious in the way you respond to others and how you treat them. Poor Priscilla just looks like a woman trying not to grow old, but whatever she has been doing (Botox or?) is only making her look worse including her obnoxious hair color. If she has a stylist or someone helping her, perhaps she should fire them and get someone who will really help her. Maybe the Scientologists are guiding her – that would explain it. Kelly does sometime interrupt Regis, but usually it is her enthusiasm getting the best of her. Regis seems to handle her pretty well.
Regis has been in the business long enough to know that co-hosts will always start questions simultaneously. Come on, it happens in conversations all the time. Priscilla was horribly obnoxious to do what she did. She was a guest and behaved childishly. I found it hilarious that Kelly never asked another question nor responded to anything else she said. It wasn’t an intentional cut-off of Regis. If you watch the show, you’ll know she has TREMENDOUS respect for him. I hope the freak-face never gets asked back.
I think it was absolutely hilarious what happened with Priscilla and Kelly. For the millions of people like me who wish Kelly Ripa came with a muzzle, this was poetic justice at it’s funniest. Did Kelly and Regis talk at the same time, of course. Does Kelly have respect for Regis? Not that I’ve ever seen. Does Kelly act like she loves to hear the sound of her own voice? Yes, she does. Was Priscilla rude? Yes, she was. Did I care? Not in the least, because Kelly did have it coming from someone someday somehow, and it was a blast when it finally came. That will go down in the a list somewhere of TV’s funniest moments in tv history. Getting a taste of your own medicine is rarely savory, so I hope Kelly choked on it and got the point, even if it was made rudely. Rude or not, the point was valid and overdue. And I laughed along with millions when I saw the clip of it on the internet later that day. I still laugh when I see something about it.
I think Kelly was just trying to keep the conversation going and help poor Regis…he looked panicky when he realized he was on his own and Kelly had bowed out of the discussion. Priscilla Presley is boring and has nothing interesting to say, so it was painful watching Regis go it alone without Kelly to liven things up. I doubt they will ever extend an invitation to the old be-otch again! I loved that Kelly snubbed her for the rest of the show. She doesn’t have to take that kind of crap from anyone.
