I was a Military wife. I was also an Ombudsman for our unit... If you would take the time to find out what REALLY goes on behind closed doors in the Military...it would scare you to death... These guys get away with everything and anything they want.....They do not have to account for anything they do.... at best,they get a repremand from their C. O. and go home and make the wife and kids pay for DARING to say anything... Molestation, wife abuse, child abuse, are everyday occurances, especially overseas...The wives and kids have no place to go ...they don't dare, even try, they are called crazy...liars..cheats and thats just the nice stuff...And another little fact of life with the military, the higher up they are, the more they get away with...Oh yes, did I mention wife swapping ???? PLEASE.. before you start haranging some poor woman because her kid got molested and she didn't leave, she had no one to turn to, and who the hell would have believed her if she did... What no one told her was, she could have hauled ass back to the States...sued for divorce..and taken almost all of his paycheck...IF they had been married longer than 10 years...But I don't suppose anyone would help her out.... I do hope I am not the only ex-military wife who was totally outraged by that show you put on today...I hope you get so much mail you have to build on a new room....disgusting.....
