Ellen Degeneres paid tribute to Heath Ledger who she called a friend.  They showed a clip of his last appearance on the Ellen show.  It was a riot and it showed the fun side of Heath.  Ellen was visibly saddened and the audience seemed unsure about whether they should clap or remain silent.  Very, very sad.

image The women on The View talked about the tragic death of Heath Ledger.  Co-host, Whoopi Goldberg, talked about her own dark moments and the times she considered suicide.

They also talked about the fact that Heath leaves behind a 2 year old daughter (Matilda Rose).

Sarah Michelle Gellar on Regis and Kelly

Sarah Michelle Gellar was on Live with Regis and Kelly and I’ve never been a big fan of hers (sorry Buffy fans!).  She comes off a little brash.  She talks about how she’s been married to Freddie Prinze Jr. for five years and some problems with her home.  She also talked about her new movie "The Air I Breathe."

Kelly and Sarah worked together on All My Children if I remember correctly (Sarah was Kendall Hart and Kelly was Hayley Santos).

Selena Gomez has appeared on "Hannah Montana" and "The Suite Life with Zack and Cody" but now is starring on her own show, "The Wizards of Waverly Place."

As a birthday gift, Selena brought Ellen a bow and arrow that shoots marshmallows!  Hilarious!  Of course, Ellen shot them into the audience!  Selena also talked about how she got started in the business (she was on Barney  when she was younger) and the fact that they don’t have pickles at movie theaters in California (she’s from a small town in Texas).
